Most of our sites are developed in Joomla, which is an open source website platform that has gained great popularity in that it is 'Open Source'...this means that there is no licenesing issues as with other commercial software that often push up costs in development. Open source in essence means the source code is freely available, which has led to the rise of online community of developers who are forever improving this source code. Joomla is designed in such a way, as to allow additional components and modules to be added to add extra functionality to your site. The components and modules available are endless and allow your site to become more interactive and functional.

The second great advantage to Joomla is the CMS side to it...all website content is stored securely in a database and can be edited through the front-end of the website by various users who have been given access to do so. This means that you dont need any form of programming experience to update your own website, only a login username and password. Once Logged in you can click on any content item and instantly edit it, through a 'editor' that allows basic formatting of text and images. Once saved, the content is immediatley viewable by the public.
